Customer Responsibilities & Payment Terms

At Damon's Auto Detailing, we strive to provide top-tier automotive detailing services. To ensure a smooth experience, please review and adhere to the following Customer Responsibilities and Payment Terms.
1. Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking services, including vehicle make, model, and any special requirements.
2. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be presented in a condition that allows for safe and effective detailing. Please remove personal belongings before your appointment. Damon's Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
3. Timely Arrival
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.
5. Pre-Service Inspection
A pre-service inspection will be conducted to note the vehicle’s current condition. Any pre-existing damage will be documented.
Payment Terms
1. Deposit Requirement
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service cost.
2. Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Late Payments
Payment is expected immediately upon completion of the service. A late fee of $10 per day may be applied if payment is not received within 48 hours.
5. Service Adjustments
Any changes to the agreed service (e.g., additional services or upgrades) will be discussed, and the cost adjusted accordingly.
6. Disputes
Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the service date. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
